Hi! Thanks for taking the time to read this part of my site and learn a little about me!

My name is Vincent Green-Hite and I currently reside in the great Pacific Northwest! To be even more precise, Portland, Oregon. I am the 22 year old behind all of Knot Bad! What I do isn't revolutionary by any means of the word, but it sure is fun; I crochet! Even more specifically, I focus on an art form known as Amigurumi, the Japanese art of knitted/crocheted stuffed animals. To be even MORE specific, I enjoy a great deal of Pokemon and anime, so that's also something you will find! I discovered this passion of mine in August of 2015 and have loved the art every second since!

I wish I could start this part off with a plethora of credentials about my artistic background, but unfortunately, I don't have any! Growing up, I never thought I had an artistic bone in my body. Who knew crochet would be that perfect medium for me to express myself! After many years of searching for my "calling" and a few years of college that made me incredibly worried about my future, I couldn't be happier with how my life has unfolded and where I am today. However, that doesn't mean I have it all figured out! As a person, I will still be growing forever, and this blog and business of mine is sort of like my autobiography as I still learn about this world; I hope to have you along for the journey!

Some of my work!

Some things you will find on my website are the charities I run; I am a firm believer in giving back. Also, on my Instagram, I really do enjoy community, so I have made it a point to lead some community events, which I think are very fun! Feel free to hop on board with us! You can even find some free patterns, and I will add more over time! This will also be true for my Blog!

I sell my finished pieces and crochet patterns on my Etsy, Knotbadcrochet.etsy.com. You can also find all of my work posted on Instagram at @knot.bad
